One the most difficult sides of a fitness routine is to stay motivated. All of us have experienced that the first weeks everything is beautiful, attractive and our desire to reach the goal is on the highest level; But as time goes, the eager declines and nothing can persuade us to go forward.
In my case two reasons are at the behind scene:

1. We anticipated a quick result, so after a couple of weeks, as we can't see too much changes, the inspiration is lost!

2. We forget the targets we had defined.

These two, can cause a big distance between you and your workout routine. I find out some ways to stay focused on my targets and go ahead: One is to reward yourself. After every week or every two weeks give yourself a prize. If a new sport bra, or tank top in a bold color can make you happy invest on your sprite and do it.Just find what make you happy and do it. It is an inspirational investment.

Number two goes to REST DAYS; pick some days during the week to think about what you have done and what you have to do in near future to achieve your desire. Rest days are very important to recover the muscles, mind and your whole human being. Take it seriously. You can check out the other inspirational post I had published for beginners here.
