Sushi Longing Story

I would love to eat Sushi once a week. It's healthy, delicious and a new experience between my meals. The Reason is that I usually tend to add a huge amount of different spices to our meals (Yes, I cook for our small family). I grew up with strong curries and peppers so it was almost impossible to imagine a food with no spice. I'd never eaten raw fish or no salted rice!!! So, you see, My these days Sushi longing is way far from my previous version.  However, I noticed I consume more Soy Sauce while eating sushi than other Sushi eaters. It's a sign reminds me I can't cut flavors. I know, you would tell me the fish, Veggies and other ingredients in sushi all contains enough amount of flavors but, remember I am a Spice Girl Freak. 

First time it was a nightmare eating with chopsticks! I couldn't manage to hold the between my fingers. Every piece of sushi I tried to bring up and drive to my mouth ended falling on the table. But I had to do my best. In 2014 I promised to try new foods and drinks and the first challenge was Sushi. Now in 2016 I am so proud of myself because I succeeded and also I really enjoy that.
